KEEPING LUST

The most potent way out to keep the lust is to get married. because the marriage can keep the view and genitals. As for if it is not able to marry, then multiply fast. due to fasting can prevent excessive lust. Muhammad-sholallahu 'alaihi wasallam-said:

يا معشر الشباب من استطاع منكم الباءة فليتزوج فإنه أغض للبصر وأحصن للفرج ومن لم يستطع فعليه بالصوم فإنه له وجاء

Meaning: "O young men. Whoever can jima 'then marry. Because it's keeping a view and genitals., And he who can not, then fasted. Because it can withstand the lust." (Reported by Muslim)

In the above hadith, Muhammad-sholallahu 'alaihi wasallam-mengkhususnya this command to youth. for greater youth syahwatnya disorder than older people.


Can jima 'and bear the resulting things, like make a living either in the form of food or clothing. Muhammad then-sholallahu 'alaihi wasallam-ordered to get married.

The young man was able jima 'but have not been able to provide for, then commanded to fast. because when a person fasts he tried to keep his fast from things that can break his fast. with it, he will be keeping syahwatnya.
