STRENGTHS NISFU Sha'ban

Nisfu Sha'ban (Nisf means half) is the event of the 15th day of the month of Sha'ban in the Hijra year. Muslims believe that during the night Nisfu Sha'ban, the practice will be taken up by the Angels in exchange for a new practice sheet after a year had passed. General sense Nisfu Sha'ban in Arabic means half. Nisfu Sha'ban means half moon of Sha'ban. Nisfu Night of Sha'ban is the night of the 15th of Sha'ban is noon 14 haribulan Sha'ban.
In Raudatul Ulamak and narrated that the Messenger of Allah said:
أتدرون لم سمي شعبان? قالوا: الله ورسوله أعلم. قال: لأنه يتشعب فيه خير كثير.
That is, Do you know why this month called Rajab? The companions replied: Allah and His Messenger know. He said: He is so called because the branches and a lot of good to her.

Word of God,
فيها يفرق كل أمر حكيم.
That is, on the night that thanks to it, explained (the angel) everything of wisdom and keep going, (not changed or unchanged).

'Ikrimah and some scholars that the word night commentators explain this verse means nisfu syaaban night.
Here, the advantages mentioned nisfu Sha'ban night as the Prophet,
قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: إذا كان ليلة النصف من شعبان فقوموا ليلها وصوموا نهارها, فإن الله تعالى ينزل فيها لغروب الشمس إلى سماء الدنيا فيقول: ألا مستغفر فأغفر له, ألا مسترزق فأرزقه, ألا مبتلى فأعافيه, ألا كذا, ألا كذا حتى يطلع الفجر.
That is, the Holy Prophet has said: When the night arrives and you quicken Nisfu Sha'ban night and you fast during the day, Allah down (almost) to it from sunset to the lowest heaven and says: If there are people who beg for forgiveness then I ampunkannya , if someone were to ask for sustenance then I will give him sustenance, if someone were hit by army then I sejahterakannya, if so ... if so ... till dawn.

Word of the Messenger of Allah,
إن الله عز وجل ينزل إلى سماء الدنيا ليلة من شعبان فيغفر لأكثر من شعر غنم بنى كلب.
This means that Allah Almighty down to the lowest heaven during the night of Sha'ban Nisfu the pardon granted prior plenty of goats' hair Bani Kalb.

There is also the hadeeth narrated from Abu Hurairah ra said: The Messenger of Allah has said,
أتانى جبريل ليلة النصف من شعبان, وقال يا محمد هذه ليلة تفتح فيها أبواب السماء وأبواب الرحمة, فقم وصل وارفع رأسك ويديك إلى السماء. فقلت يا جبريل ما هذه الليلة? فقال: هذه ليلة تفتح فيها ثلاثمائة باب من الرحمة, فيغفر الله تعالى لجميع من لا يشرك بالله شيئا إلا من كان ساحرا أو كاهنا أو مشاحنا أو مدمن خمر أو مضرا على الزنا أو آكل الربا أو عاق الوالدين أو النمام أو قاطع الرحم, فإن هؤلاء لا يغفر لهم حتى يتوبوا ويتركوا. فخرج النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام فصلى وبكى فى سجوده وهو يقول: اللهم إني أعوذبك من عقابك وسخطك ولا أحصى ثناء عليك أنت كما أثنيت على نفسك فلك الحمد حتى ترضى.
That is, Gabriel had come to me at night Nisfu Sha'ban and said: O Muhammad, this is the night that opened him the doors of heaven and the gates of mercy. Then you wake up, and lift up your heads bersolatlah and both hands to the sky. So I asked: O Gabriel evening is this? Then he said: This is the night that opened the door to her three hundred and grace, God grant forgiveness to those who do not menyenyutukan something with Allah and mercy is not given to witches, soothsayers fate, people who bermarah anger, those who still wine, the adultery, those who eat usury, those who rebel against parents, pitting builders and people who decide silaturrahim. So in fact they were not forgiven so that they repent and leave act. Then the Prophet came out and prayed in prostration, weeping and saying: Verily I seek refuge with You from the torment and kemurkaanMu. And I can not count the compliments to, You as You praise Yourself own then all praise Thee that Thou redha.
Imam Shafi'i said: Five prayers dimustajabkan night is Friday night, 2 night feast, early night of Rajab and Sha'ban Nisfu night.
From Umar Abdul Aziz ra, he wrote to employees in Basra:
For those of you four special nights of the year. On the night Allah distributes kerahmataNya completely. Other nights it was early evening Rajab, Sha'ban Nisfu night, the night of Eid al-Adha and Eid night.
When it was the month of Rajab, Rasaulullah saw prayed this prayer,
اللهم بارك لنا فى رجب وشعبان وبلغنا رمضان
Indeed, we are encouraged to Nisfu Rajab for fasting in daylight as well as night turned to reproduce worship such as reading the Qur'an, forgiveness, and prayed for circumcision. Then ask prayer to be forgiven all sins, closed above reproach, dimurahkan sustenance and eased any pain.

وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم, اللهم يا ذاالمن ولا يمن عليه يا ذاالجلال والإكرام, يا ذاالطول والإنعام, لا اله إلا أنت ظهر اللاجين وجار المستجيرين ومأمن الخائفين, اللهم إن كنت كتبتني عندك فى أم الكتاب شقيا أو محروما أو مطرودا أو مقترا علي فى الرزق فامح اللهم بفضلك شقاوتي وحرماني وطردي واقتتار رزقي وأثبتني عندك فى أم الكتاب سعيدا مرزوقا موفقا للخيرات فإنك قلت وقولك الحق المنزل على لسان نبيك المرسل يمحوا الله ما يشاء ويثبت وعنده أم الكتاب الهي بالتجلى الأعظم فى ليلة النصف من شعبان المكرم التى يفرق فيها كل أمر حكيم ويبرم, أسألك أن تكشف عنا من البلاء ما نعلم وما لا نعلم وما أنت به أعلم إنك الأعز الأكرم, وصلى الله تعالى سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم.
