The most potent way out to keep the lust is to get married. because the marriage can keep the view and genitals. As for if it is not able to marry, then multiply fast. due to fasting can prevent excessive lust. Muhammad-sholallahu 'alaihi wasallam-said:

يا معشر الشباب من استطاع منكم الباءة فليتزوج فإنه أغض للبصر وأحصن للفرج ومن لم يستطع فعليه بالصوم فإنه له وجاء

Meaning: "O young men. Whoever can jima 'then marry. Because it's keeping a view and genitals., And he who can not, then fasted. Because it can withstand the lust." (Reported by Muslim)

In the above hadith, Muhammad-sholallahu 'alaihi wasallam-mengkhususnya this command to youth. for greater youth syahwatnya disorder than older people.

HOW TO SIN ZINA UNFORGIVABLE

Adultery in the modern era as a modern living trend has also happened to Muslims in Indonesia. They forgot the sin they had committed, the sin was cursed by God. Katakanlah (olehmu Muhammad), kepada wanita-wanita mukminat, hendaklah mereka menundukkan pandangannya dan memelihara kemaluannya, dan janganlah menampakkan perhiasannya kecuali yang biasa nampak daripadanya, dan hendaklah mereka menutupkan kain kerudung ke dadanya, dan janganlah menampakkan perhiasannya kecuali kepada suaminya, bapaknya, bapak dari suaminya, puteranya, putera dari suaminya, saudaranya, putera dari saudara laki-lakinya, putera dari sadara perempuannya, perempuan muslim (lainnya), hamba sahaya yang mereka miliki,

KEWAJIBAN MEMAKAI KERUDUNG YANG DILUPAKAN

Ada satu peribahasa pendek, sederhana, tetapi dalam artinya, yang berbunyi sebagai berikut: “Tak Kenal Maka Tak Sayang” Sesuai dengan peribahasa diatas, ada satu perintah Allah yang penting yang hampir tak dikenal atau dianggap enteng oleh umat Islam, yaitu keharusan wanita memakai kerudung kepala.

Keharusan kaum wanita memakai kerudung kepala tertera dalam surat An Nur ayat 31

yang cukup panjang, yang penulis kutip satu baris saja, yang berbunyi sebagai berikut. : “Katakanlah kepada wanita yang beriman… … … . . Dan hendaklah mereka menutupkan kerudung kepalanya sampai kedadanya”… … . .

Dan seperti yang tercantum dalam surat Al Ahzab ayat 59 yang artinya sebagai berikut. : “Hai Nabi, katakanlah kepada isteri-isteri engkau, anak-anak perempuan engkau dan isteri-isteri orang mu’min, supaya mereka menutup kepala dan badan mereka dengan jilbabnya supaya mereka dapat dikenal orang, maka tentulah mereka tidak diganggu (disakiti) oleh laki-laki yang jahat. Allah pengampun lagi pengasih”.
Perintah Allah diatas adalah jelas dan tegas yang wajib hukumnya bagi kaum wanita sebagaimana dinyatakan Allah pada pembukaan surat An Nur yaitu : “Inilah satu surah yang Kami turunkan kepada rasul dan Kami wajibkan menjalankan hukum-hukum syariat yang tersebut didalamnya. Dan Kami turunkan pula didalamnya keterangan-keterangan yang jelas, semoga kamu dapat mengingatnya”.
