MENNERS SLAUGHTERING ANIMALS QURBAN

There are some adab slaughtering animals qurban to watch, though not a requirement of a halal slaughter, among adab-adab is:

1. Animals exposed to a direction when slaughtered.

2. Slaughtering in a good way. Ie using a sharp instrument, and passed on the body part to be slaughtered       with a strong and fast. Some scholars say that it is obligatory manners, because the Prophet SAW: "Indeed Allah has made obligatory act ihsan (doing good) towards everything. If you kill, kill in a good way. If you slaughter it sembelihlah in a good way. Let one of you sharpen his knife and fun sembelihannya! "(Narrated by Muslim)

WRITING HISTORY OF THE QUR'AN

Perintah menuntu ilmu dalam islam (command to seek knowledge in Islam)

‘MENUNTUT ILMU ITU HUKUMNYA WAJIB BAGI SETIAP MUSLIM LAKI-LAKI DAN MUSLIM PEREMPUAN, WAKTUNYA ADALAH DARI BUAIAN IBU (BAYI), SAMPAI MASUK LIANG KUBUR” Hadits dari Rasul SAW yang sangat jelas sekali perintahnya, bahwa dalam Islam menuntut ilmu hukumnya adalah WAJIB yang artinya adalah, jika dikerjakan dan dilaksanakan kita akan mendapat PAHALA, jika diabaikan, disepelekan/tidak dilaksanakan kita akan mendapat DOSA.

A. Riba Haram
Dalam kamus al-Mu`jam al-Wasith, jilid I karya Dr. Ibrahim Anis dkk. dijelaskan bahwa riba secara etimologis berarti kelebihan dan tambahan (al-fadhl wa az-ziyadah), sedang menurut syarak adalah kelebihan (tambahan) tanpa imbalan yang disyaratkan kepada salah satu dari dua orang yang melakukan akad. Dalam Ensiklopedi Hukum Islam jilid V, karya Drs. H. A. Hafizh Dasuki, MA, dkk dijelaskan bahwa para ulama fikih mendefinisikan riba sebagai “Kelebihan harta dalam suatu muamalah dengan tidak ada imbalan/gantinya.” Maksudnya, tambahan terhadap modal uang yang timbul sebagai akibat suatu transaksi utang piutang yang harus diberikan terutama kepada pemilik uang pada saat utang jatuh tempo.

Memang dalam berbagai kitab fikih ditemukan definisi tentang riba yang sedikit banyaknya berbeda antara satu dengan lainnya oleh para ulama

    Sebagian orang yang telah mengikuti program KB, akan merasa kecolongan kalau ternyata Alloh Ta’ala mentaqdirkan dia hamil lagi. Bagi orang-orang yang meyakini bahwa ini semua adalah ketentuan dan ketetapan dari Alloh Yang Maha Kuasa akan menerima semuanya dengan tawakkal yang penuh pada Nya, namun sebaliknya bagi yang tidak terlalu memperdulikan halal dan haram, mungkin akan ditempuh jalan pintas untuk tetap tidak memiliki anak kecuali menurut rencana yang sudah terprogam dengan baik –dalam anggapannya-, yaitu dengan cara melakukan tindakan aborsi alias menggugurkan kandungan.
Ditambah lagi dengan maraknya praktek aborsi seiring dengan semakin meraja lelanya perzinaan wal’iyadzu Billah, hanya sekedar menutupi aib mereka tega untuk membunuh seorang bayi yang suci tanpa dosa. Bagaimanakah pandangan syariat islam yang suci menghadapi masalah ini ?
